Rachel has a degree in Dietetics from Arizona State and is a Clinical Holistic Nutritionist, CSNN. She is also a Personal Trainer and Boot Camp instructor with more than 15 years experience in San Diego, CA and Kelowna, BC.

New Year Renew  is a comprehensive training and nutrition program that incorporates a series of 5 Fitness Evolutions over 4 Weeks to help participants reach their unique fitness goals. 

 This program is good for all levels and for anyone that would like to improve their personal fitness, while effectively increasing and maintaining daily metabolic burn.

Along with training sessions,  you will be doing our ReCode 21 Day Transformation program. This includes the juices, meals, nutrition coaching, member forum and e-courses.

During your workouts, you can expect challenging sets, but you’ll also have fun with various exercise games and drills.

Just want a Personal Trainer? Rachel is avalailable for 1-on-1 training, partner training or if you have a group of 3-6 that want to get together for a regular workout, she can add that to her schedule as well.

NUTRITION COACHING

Your group has the option of converting 2 of your 8 monthly workouts to 45 minute nutrition coaching sessions. Your group will also have access to quarterly Total Body Systems Analysis’.  Normally $100 each, these anlysis’ allow Rachel to get a better idea of how your body is reacting to the exercise and nutrition. She can make a more calculated recommendation based on the analytics that are derrived from the questionnaire. If you choose to convert 1 or 2 of your 8 sessions to nutrition coaching, they will be held in online zoom meetings where you can ask questions, express concerns and discuss your bigger plan and goal setting.
